Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent has issued allotment order on 25th April, 2022. Further consequential steps to be undertaken by the respondent. 2.

As the allotment order is already issued in favour of the petitioners, the respondent would also put the petitioners in possession of the land allotted under order dated 25th April, 2022 within one month from today. Consequential revenue entry shall also be taken accordingly by the Revenue Officer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
