In view of the order dated 21st June 2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.2993 of 2014, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition in order to enable him to approach the trial Magistrate for pointing out the legal position and for seeking appropriate relief. The Petition is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
