In continuation to the order dated 25.11.2021, respondent appears in person and consents for quashing of the orders impugned.

As such, impugned orders are quashed and set aside in terms of prayer clause (b). Accordingly, orders dated 06.03.2019, 08.08.2019 and 07.12.2019 passed by the Family Court are set aside.

As undertaken by the petitioner in order dated 25.11.2021, it is directed that petitioner shall complete crossexamination of the respondent - husband in one session that too within a period of one hour. If so required and justified, Family Court may grant additional period of one hour on same day or on any other day.

Needless to clarify that impugned orders of the Family Court are very well founded in view of non-operative conduct of the Petitioner. However, order is passed in the interest of justice. 5.

Petition stands allowed in the above terms.
