Petitioner alleges dispossession from his tenanted premises forcibly by the respondents. In this connection he has filed Special Civil Suit No.128 of 2021 before the District Court at Thane alongwith interim application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a grievance that since January, 2021 his interim application has not been heard. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and respondent Nos.2 and 4 on the other hand submit that 14th October, 2021 is the date fixed for hearing of the interim application.

In view of the above, we do not find any good reason to entertain the writ petition.

However having regard to the grievance expressed by the petitioner, we hope and trust that District Court at Thane will hear the matter including the interim application and pass appropriate order(s) expeditiously.
