Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for carrying out amendment in cause title of Writ Petition showing the present correct address of respondent nos.2(e). Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

pr6 caw1654-16 the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) which reads thus:

"(a) The Applicants may be permitted to amend the Memo of Writ Petition No.10388 of 2014 in accordance with the cause title of the present Civil Application.

(b) After allowing the prayer clause (a) above, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass an order of issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2(e) on the amended address.

(c) Applicants further be permitted take hamdast of Respondent No.2 (e) and further also allowed to serve the Respondent No.2 (e) by private service."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
