Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has filed an application for bail on medical grounds before learned Sessions Judge, Pune, and the same is pending. He submits that at this stage the Applicant is not pressing for regular bail and requests that learned Sessions Judge may be directed to decide the bail application at Exhibit 526 filed in Special M.C.O.C. Case No.6 of 2016. 2.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to learned Special Judge, M.C.O.C. Court, Pune, to decide the application at Exhibit-526 filed in Special M.C.O.C.
