The only direction sought by the Petitioners is to the effect that the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioners within a particular time frame. Since the Appeal is pending from the year i.e. from 12.10.2012. It would be just and proper to direct that the Appeal be decided within a particular time frame. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Mr. G. S. Godbole also draws this Court's attention to the fact that the Appeal filed by another set of Directors being Appeal No.714 of 2012 is also pending and that may also be directed to be disposed of along with the Appeal in respect of BGP.
