By this Application, the Applicant has sought leave to amend the cause title by deleting the name of Respondent No.4 who has expired during the pendency of the Appeal. It is stated that the legal representatives of Respondent No.4 are already on record as Respondent No.1, 2, 3 and 5.

In view of the above, Application is granted. Cause title be amended within a period of two weeks by making necessary entry as against the name of Respondent No.4.
