This application is for condonation of 17 days delay in filing Appeal from Order.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they already made a statement in this Court that they do not want to press Civil Application as well as Appeal from Order against respondent nos. 2 to 4. Same is accepted.

Hence, the following order:

a) Delay of 17 days in filing Appeal from Order is condoned.

b) Office is directed to make appropriate endorsement in cause title of Appeal from Order that Appeal from Order stands rejected against respondent nos. 2 to 4.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
