As matter is still pending before Hon'ble Apex Court and statement under Section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code alleged to be sealed can be looked into only after clarification by the Hon'ble Apex Court that too by trial Court, we find that grievance in present petition does not survive.

Hence, with liberty to petitioner to approach trial Court after Hon'ble Apex Court orders necessary clarification, we dispose of present petition.
