The learned counsel appearing for the second, third and fourth Respondents, on instructions of the Secretary, Fisheries and the Collector, Diu makes a statement that the impugned public notice dated 24th May, 2013 shall be withdrawn. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement, it is very clear that now public notice dated 24th May, 2013 cannot be acted upon. Therefore, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
