Interim Application is taken out to bring on record heirs of deceased Appellant No.2 - Gundu Balu Patil. There is substantial delay in filing the Interim Application. However, Mr. Anand Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Sangramsinh Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the parties have settled the dispute and therefore, the Respondent has no objection for allowing the Interim Application. In the Interim Application, it is set out that all the parties have amicably settled the dispute.

For the above and the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment be carried out forthwith.
