1) Heard. Petitioners are challenging the communication and policy of the Railway Board framed in the year 2002 and the notices issued in the year 2011 & 2014 against petitioner no. 1 & 2. From the pleading, it transpires that Petitioners no. 1 & 2 who were running a telephone booth at the railway station were evicted. They are not in a possession now of the telephone booth. Petitioners claim to be physically handicapped persons, whereas petitioner no. 3 submitted that he is still running the booth.

We do not find a good cause for entertaining the petition as Public Interest Litigation. If advised, petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedies in respect of the subject matter of the petition. WE do not express any opinion on the merits of the issues raised by the petitioner herein. 3) Writ petition stands disposed of.
