At the outset, learned A.P.P on instructions states that till date, no C.R. has been registered as against the applicant with the Pimpri Police Station, Pune, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. She submits on instructions that if an offence is registered as against the applicant alleging the aforesaid offence, the Investigating Officer of the Pimpri Police Station will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant.
