Mr.Satpute, learned Advocate appointed to represent Applicant submitted that, the Applicant has been convicted for an offence punishable under Section 304(I) of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. According to him, the Applicant has already undergone sentence of about 8 years as of today. 3.
