Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application seeking modification in the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court on 8th February 2016. As per the said order, substituted service of notice on respondent Nos.13 and 14 was permitted in two newspapers in Chennai, namely, "The Hindu" in English language and "Dinakaran" in Tamil language. It is submitted that, considering the huge cost for publication of notice in these two 1/2 CAF-St.-17741-16.doc

newspapers, applicants intend to publish the notice in other two newspapers. Now they want to publish the notice in "New Indian Express" (English laguage) and "Dinamani" (Tamil language), as the charges for the same are approximately Rs.90,000/-. It is submitted that both these newspapers are also having wide circulation in Chennai. 3.

In view thereof, this Civil Application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to publish notice by substituted service upon respondent Nos.13 and 14 in "New Indian Express" (Chennai Edition), and "Dinamani" (Chennai Edition). Notice is made returnable on 24th November 2016. 4.
