The earlier bail application was dismissed on 17th December 2015. 2) There is no substantive change in circumstances and hence I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, the applicant is given liberty to move fresh application if the trial pertaining to C.R. No.293 of 2015 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai does not commence within a period of one year from today.
