Petition was impugning the upset price fixed by respondent no.2 in the Upset Price Fixation Application No.32 of 2022. The order dated 21st June 2022 passed by respondent no.2 fixing the upset price has been impugned in this petition. Mr. Patel and Mr. Joshi both state that the said order dated 21st June 2022 impugned in this petition has lapsed. There is nothing left in the petition. Mr. Mogare also agrees that the validity of upset price fixing order is only for 6 months and since the order is dated 21st June 2022, naturally the order has lapsed. Therefore, nothing remains in the petition.

Petition disposed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open including that Meera Jadhav
