Considering that the delay is only of 15 days and it is explained in the application, and though the learned counsel for the Respondents opposed this application, the application can be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed and the delay of 15 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application is condoned.

(ii) The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.

(iii) The office to take steps to proceed with the Revision Application.

(iv) The Revision Application be placed for further consideration on 10/08/2023.
