The appeal filed by the petitioners against the impugned order is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Nashik, which is annexed at page no.69 of the writ petition, which is not yet decided. The Appellate Authority is directed to decide the said appeal within six weeks from today after giving an opportunity to the petitioners of being heard, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. The petitioners are directed to remain present before the Appellate Authority on 9th February, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. 3.
