When this Court expressed that this Court will reject the application, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that he wants to withdraw the proceeding. The proceeding is withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been behind the bar since 29th September, 2016 and he requested for giving the directions to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose off the matter. In view of the nature of the material, which is being given in the trial Court, this Court holds that the period of six months will be more than sufficient if the direction is given. 2.
