All these three Petitions have been placed on Board today for settlement / filing Consent Terms. The parties had entered into Consent Terms dated 1st July, 2017 and which have been signed by the Petitioner and the Respondents as well as their respective advocates.

By these Consent Terms the Petitioner who was the tenant has agreed to hand over possession of the suit premises on/before 31st July, 2017. In turn, the Respondents (Landlord) have agreed that they will not prosecute or file any claim whatsoever against the Petitioner on any aspect as regards the suit premises in view of the Petitioner handing over vacant and peaceful possession of the same. These Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Rule is discharged. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
