This Application is filed for Anticipatory bail in C.R.No.I132 of 2016 registered in Ambad police station, District Nasik for offences punishable under section 307, 395, 386 etc of the IPC. Papers of investigation are made available for the perusal of this Court. This Court has perused the record of investigation which include the FIR. Allegations are made by the informant that the main accused Shaikh Nasir Pathan @ Mutha and his associates assaulted him, took cash amount from his person and gave threaats that he should give ransom every month to them. Name of the present Applicant was not there in the FIR. Seen the injury certificates. It appears that this Court has granted bail

Rng 2 in Criminal Application No.336 of 2017 to one Wasim Nazir Shaikh. Allegations made against the present Applicant and saidWasim Nazir Shaikh are of similar nature and their names have been transpired during the supplementary statements. Submission is made that the Applicant has no bad antecedents. 2.

Application is allowed in same terms in which bail is granted to Wasim Nasir Shaikh-Applicant in Criminal Bail Application No.336 of 2017. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on the first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial; (iii) The applicant shall not temper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;

(iv) The applicant shall inform his latest plalce of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the court seized of the matter and to the Investigating Officer of the

(v) The applicant to cooperate with the conduct of the trial;

(vi) The applicant to file an undertaking with regard to the clauses (ii) to (v) in the trial Court within two weeks of his release.
