There is delay of six days in filing the first appeal. Delay is explained in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the civil application. The reasons recorded therein are accepted. 3.
The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). There shall be no order as to costs.

Place the First Appeal No.3 of 2019 along with First Appeal (Stamp) No.16891 of 2018 on board for admission on 14th January, 2020. The respondents are directed to file affidavit in reply within three weeks from today with a copy to be served upon the applicant's advocate simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

Place the Civil Application No.3407 of 2018 also on board along with the First Appeal.
