The learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. The learned Counsel further submits that since the Applicant is 64 years of age, the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial. 2.

The learned Special Judge, Baramati, is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in Special Case No.94 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order.

In the event the trial is not completed within the said period, the Applicant is at liberty to revive the prayer for bail. 4.

However, the Applicant shall not seek any adjournment before the Special Court.
