1] Today, neither the appellant nor their Advocates are present, though the matters are duly notified at the cause list. 2] Ms Bhoir, learned counsel for the MCGM points out that the order impugned in these appeals was a common order made by the Small Causes Court disposing of several Municipal Appeals. Already First Appeal No. 718 of 1996 has been dismissed. Accordingly several First Appeals including inter alia First Appeal Nos. 714, 715, 716, 719, 720, 722 and 723 of 1996 have already been dismissed by this Court for non prosecution. 3] In view of the aforesaid, First Appeal Nos. 695 of 1996 and 721 of 1996 are dismissed for non prosecution. 4] In view of dismissal of First Appeals, pending Civil Applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
