The case of the prosecution is, the applicant was in friendly relations with the complainant and the applicant thereafter developed love for the complainant and were in relation for quite a long time. 3.

Jointly, both of them allegedly invested in the business of gym. However, out of the differences the complainant parted the company of the applicant. The applicant thereafter started threatening the complainant which has resulted into registration of the four NCs against the applicant.

I have perused the nature of allegations against the applicant, which is punishable u/s 354 and 354D of IPC.

This Court vide order passed on 04/07/2022 has already protected the applicant from arrest.

Having regard to the nature of allegations in the complaint, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to confirm the ad-interim protection ordered in favour of the applicant.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 437 of 2022 registered with Bhosari police station for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354D, 504 & 506, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

In view of issuance of threats and NCs being registered against the applicant, till the trial is completed, he shall keep himself away out of the revenue jurisdiction of Pune district. 9.

Any attempt on the part of the applicant in contacting the complainant or trying to influence her will entail the prosecution so also the complainant to move before the Trial Court for cancellation of the bail of the applicant.

The applicant shall furnish his contact number/s and place of his residence to the investigating ofÏcer within one week from today.

The application stands disposed of.
