Report received from Nazir Department shows that there is no record regarding deposit of amount of Appellant. Even Advocate for Appellant has not filed any document to show that he has complied the conditional order dated 04/10/2012.

In such circumstances, the conditional order dated 04/10/2012 is stand. Accordinlgy, proceeding be closed.
