The petitioner herein was seeking the relief of quashing of the F.I.R. No. 243/2013 dated 14.11.2013 registered with Daund Police Station against the petitioner.

The learned APP has submitted that in fact, this petition has become infructuous since the charge-sheet was filed and had culminated into Special Child Case No. 75 of 2018 and by judgment and order dated 9th May 2017. The petitioner herein has been acquitted of all the charges levelled against him. 4.
