The application was heard. Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that learned Additional Sessions Judge while rejecting the application for anticipatory bail had imposed cost of Rs.10,000/-. This direction may be set-aside. It is submitted that the applicant is lady and the application was preferred apprehending arrest, although it was the second application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court.
