We have perused prayer clause (a). Even the learned counsel appearing for the applicant points out that the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of interest amount till the date of realisation of the amount of Rs.1,41,49,451/-. The said amount was paid on 10th May, 2013. Therefore, it is clarified that under the order dated 18th April, 2015 the applicant is entitled to withdraw the interest on a sum of Rs.8,96,416/- till 10th May, 2013. In view of this clarification, now the Registry will permit the applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs.8,96,416/-. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
