Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw this application. He requests that the trial be expedited considering the fact that the trial has already commenced.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that trial has commenced and 3 witnesses have been examined so far. 3.

Considering the fact, that the trial has already commenced, the trial being Sessions Case No.34 of 2015 is expedited. The learned District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khed - Rajgurunagar, who is

2/2 14-ba.1292.2016 seized of the aforesaid case being Session Case No.34 of 2015, is requested to expedite the said case and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The prosecution to take effective steps to ensure that all the accused in the said case are produced on all the dates given by the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

Registry to forthwith communicate the above order to the learned District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khed - Rajgurunagar, who is seized of the said case. 7.
