On 17th December, 2020, the applicants were admitted to protection from arrest by recording that prima facie the complaint did not disclose complicity of the applicants in the alleged accusations. After expiry of more than 18 months, I do not think that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is warranted. 2.

Since the interim order continued from time to time, it is high time that the investigation in the subject C.R. which was registered in the year 2017 must come to an end.

The order dated 17th December, 2020 is made absolute. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.)
