Heard. This Application is filed for deleting the names of Respondent nos. 7, 9, 10 and 11 from the cause title of the First Appeal No. 824 of 2016 as well as Civil Application No. 1946 of 2016 and Civil Application Stamp No. 12173 of 2017.

Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and Applicants are permitted to delete names of Respondent nos. 7, 9, 10 and 11 at their own risk. Prayer clause (a) reads thus: "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to order to delete and/or to remove the names of Respondent No. 7, 9, 10 & 11 from the title of the present F.A. 824 of 2016 and also the title of Civil Application No. 1946 of 2016 and the Civil Application (St. No.) 12173 of 2017 and the appellant be directed to amend the proceedings accordingly to enable to proceed with the matter."
