It is stated that the Appellant No.1 passed away on 26/05/2021. The Applicants are the only legal heirs of the Appellant No.1.

The learned Advocate appearing Respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present application. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 3.

Necessary amendment in the memo of Appeal and simultaneously in the copy of the compilation of Appeal served upon the learned Advocate for the Respondent be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today.
