The applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal No. 551 of 2015. This Application is for expeditious hearing of the said Appeal. 3.

It is an admitted fact that the applicant was arrested in the year 2006. It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that since his arrest, he is in custody. Hence, she prays for expeditious hearing of the Appeal.

In view of the fact that the applicant is in custody for almost 10 years, the hearing of the Appeal is expedited. The Appeal to be placed on the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 1st August, 2016. 5.
