This is an application for anticipatory bail. The M.E.C.R. No.6 of 2018, was registered on the basis of a private complaint for ofences under Sections 406, 420 and 120 (B) read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. In the circumstances, it is submitted that this application be granted. Since the complainant and the accused have settled the dispute, the question of subjecting applicants to custodial interrogation does not arise.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with M.E.C.R.No.6 of 2018, registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application No.945 of 2020, stands disposed of.
