The petitioner has filed the aforesaid petition seeking quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No. 343/2013 with the Indapur Police Station, Pune for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 325 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of the respondent No. 2. Since consent of the other injured is not there, learned counsel for the SQ Pathan 1/2

2-WP-836-2021.doc petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition on merits.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
