The petitioners in this writ petition pray that the communication dated 06/09/2019 issued by the 2nd respondent which is a Public Trust registered under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 be set aside. By that letter, the Trust has refused to pay any amounts to the petitioners as claimed by them.

Since we find that the challenge raised is to the communication issued by the Public Trust, the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, would not be maintainable. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings. All points raised are kept open.
