Leave to amend to add the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Maharashtra State as party-Respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

It is an admitted position that the Revision Application No. 397 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner-society has been finally heard and closed for orders on 12.06.2018 by the Minister, Co-operation. According to the Petitioners, on the same date i.e. on 12.06.2018 they received a notice dated 22.05.2018 of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Thane, appointing Official Assignee to take charge of the Petitioner-society. It is pointed out that the Petitioner-society has now received a letter dated 27.06.2018 to hand over the charge of the Petitioner-society to the said 1/2

In the circumstances, we pass the following order: (i) Since the Revision Application No. 397 of 2018 has been finally heard by Respondent No.4-Minister, Co-operation, status-quo shall be maintained until the disposal of the Revision Application No. 397 of 2018.

(ii) In the event the order is adverse to the Petitioner-society, the same shall not be implemented for the period of three weeks. 4.
