By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish the sureties. By an order dated 25th January, 2017 when the applicant was enlarged on bail, four weeks time was granted and thereafter it appears that he could not furnish the surety within specified time. According to the Advocate for the applicant, the applicant has been attending Malvani police station on every alternate day as directed by the order dated 25th January, 2017. The applicant has annexed Exhibit-C which are copies of the entries which evidences attendance at the police station. Learned APP confirms that the applicant has been attending police station. In the circumstances, time to furnish surety by order dated 25th January, 2017 is extended for two weeks from the date when this order is uploaded.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that no further extension will be sought. The application is disposed of. 3.
