Advocate for the appellant submits that by mistake they filed the present Family Court Appeal challenging the interlocutory order dated 24.03.2017 passed by Family Court below Exhibit-12 in Petition No.C38 of 2016. She submits that appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present Family Court Appeal with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. She further submits that interim relief granted by this court by order dated 12.10.2017 in Civil Application No.229 of 2017 be continued for further period.

Interim protection granted by this court by order dated 12.10.2017 in Civil Application No.229 of 2017 to continue till 31.08.2018.
