This is a second bail application by the same applicant. He had earlier approached this court for his release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application No. 1134 of 2020. This court had passed following order on 14/03/2019 as under.

"1.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such."

There is no change in circumstance. However, learned counsel for the applicant states that there is no progress in the trial. The earlier application was argued and only after hearing the arguments, when I had expressed my disinclination to grant relief, that application was withdrawn unconditionally. Therefore, there is no propriety in hearing this application again. However, since the applicant is in custody since May 2020, he is granted liberty to make appropriate application for expediting the trial before the trial court. Considering the pendency of earlier cases before the court, the trial court shall consider his request sympathetically. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant has not pressed this application on merits. Therefore, it is disposed of as such. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
