The consent terms are signed by the learned AGP, Shri D.R.Navale, Sub Divisional Officer, Panvel and by the only respondent (third respondent) and his Advocate. Hence, we pass the following order:

(I) First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(II) Award/Decree be drawn in terms of the consent
