Waghmare, Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad has ordered release of Applicant on regular bail. Vide order dated 9/4/2021 this Court has noticed that it has to be verified whether Applicant has brought pendency of present Application to the notice of the Sessions Court. From the perusal of certified copy of the Application produced by the Counsel for the Applicant, it is to be noted that pendency of present Application was not brought to the notice of the Sessions Court. As such, it cannot be said that Sessions Court was in error in entertaining the Application. That being so, no orders are required to be passed in the present Application. 1/2
