1] This is an application sent through jail for submitting provisional cash bail as the applicant is not in a position to furnish the surety since she is in jail. The record discloses that by an order dated 30th July 2014, this Court had granted bail to the applicant on her furnishing P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. It appears that the applicant could not comply with the said condition and she is still languishing in jail. In view of the above, following order:-

YBG appp538-15 (i) The application is allowed;

(ii) The applicant be released on bail on her furnishing cash bail of Rs.15,000/- as has been directed by the order dated 13th July 2014 for her release from jail;

(iii) After her release, the applicant to submit P.R.Bond and one or two sureties in the like amount within a period of three months from her release from jail.

(iv) The applicant shall attend the Mahim police station on first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon; (v) Registry is directed to communicate the order to the applicant who is in Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai. (vi) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
