The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the documents annexed to the application may not be sufficient to prove the title as claimed by the Applicants. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application annexing additional documents. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
