These applications are filed by accused from jail for early hearing of their Appeals.

Tilak 2/2 (7)APPA-793-16 Record reveals that both the Appeals filed by applicants are already fixed for final hearing today. However, learned counsel appearing in Criminal Appeal No.735/12 for appellant Sanjay Pawar states that learned counsel appearing for appellant in Criminal Appeal No.1085/13 is not available today, and seeks one week's adjournment.

In that view of the matter, since the Appeals are already listed for final hearing, both the applications are disposed off as infructuous.
