Original Complainant-Navasu has filed an affidavit stating that he does not want to prosecute the Petition. He is also present in Court with his Advocate Umesh Mohite.

Learned APP informs that Resolutions of seven Grampanchayats have been seized by the Investigating Officer and sent the same to handwriting expert.

We take the affidavit of the Complainant on record but refuse to intervene in the extraordinary jurisdiction at this stage. 5.
