This is an Application for expeditious hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 506 of 2011 preferred by the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been in custody for almost 9 years, hence, she prays that the hearing of the Appeal be expedited.

Looking to the above facts, we are inclined to expedite the hearing of the Appeal. The Appeal to be placed on the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 1st August, 2016.
